Kimberly Foglia
Kimberly K. Foglia, MAI is co-owner and manages the Commercial Division of Midwest Professional Appraisal, LLC. Kim has been with the firm since 1999 and has served as an independent appraiser since 2006. Kim is a Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa Certified General Appraiser. She has experience in appraising numerous types of commercial, industrial, retail, and multiple family properties, and vacant land in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Kim’s clients include lenders, attorneys, private individuals, public institutions, and government agencies. Kim has experience completing appraisals for acquiring agencies as well as for property owners for eminent domain acquisitions. Kim holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
