David Eilertson
David A. Eilertson, MAI, SRA, (Retired) is a Certified General Appraiser in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Dave founded Midwest Property Appraisers in 1976 after owning Hein-Eilertson Real Estate Company since 1972. In 1987 he merged his appraisal company with Professional Appraisal Service to become Midwest Professional Appraisal, Inc., the largest firm in western Wisconsin.
In 2014 Dave transferred ownership and is now a contract appraiser with Midwest Professional Appraisal, LLC. He is one of the most experienced commercial appraisers in southwest Wisconsin and southeast Minnesota. Dave has appraised all types of commercial and industrial properties over his career and has worked on many eminent domain projects in western Wisconsin. Dave has experience in appraisals for litigation purposes and has testified on numerous occasions as an expert witness.
