Matthew Rude
Matthew Rude is co-owner and manages the Residential Division of Midwest Professional Appraisal, LLC. Matt has been with the firm since 1984 and has served as an independent appraiser since 1987. Matt is a Wisconsin and Minnesota Certified General Appraiser. He has significant experience in appraising all types of residential properties including single family residences, condominiums, vacant sites, 2-4 unit income buildings, and multi-family properties in western Wisconsin and southeast Minnesota. Matt’s clients include most lenders in this area, private individuals, and government agencies. He is FHA/HUD and VA approved.
